Japan Dutch Boy Figurine / Traditional Japan Dutch Boy / Hand Painted / 1940's

This little Dutch Boy is a charming Japan ceramic figurine from the 1940's.
He is hand painted in colors of yellow , blue and white and wears baggy pants, a green hat.
He stands 3 1/2 inches high and is 1 3/4 inches wide and has Japan ink stamp on the bottom.
He seems to have a hair line crack on his leg but is not throw the inside. (Maybe manufactured issue)
